This policy covers SickFish.app, the public website for Fish Disease Identifier. The website provides app download links, educational fish health content, image credits, source references, and support contact information.

This website does not scan fish photos, create user accounts, collect payment details, or run a web diagnosis tool. Photo scanning, subscriptions, and app store purchases happen outside this website and may be covered by separate app, Apple App Store, Google Play, payment, or platform privacy notices.

The website does not include a contact form. If you choose to contact support by email, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your email address, message, app issue details, and any screenshots or attachments you include.

Do not send sensitive personal information or urgent animal health information through email if another support or professional channel is more appropriate.

Like most websites, SickFish.app may generate hosting, security, and delivery logs when your browser requests a page, image, script, sitemap, robots file, or other asset.

Those logs may include technical information such as IP address, browser or device information, requested URL, referrer, time of request, and error details. We use this information to operate, secure, debug, and improve the website.

When analytics is configured in production, SickFish.app loads Google Analytics with consent mode to understand page visits, navigation, app download clicks, FAQ interactions, guide card clicks, and general website performance.

Analytics storage is denied by default. It is enabled only if you choose to accept analytics cookies in the cookie banner. Ad storage, ad user data, and ad personalization remain denied. Those external services may collect information according to their own policies. We may track that a store button or navigation item was clicked when analytics consent is granted, but the website does not receive your app store account, payment details, installation status, or store purchase history.

We use website analytics and technical logs to improve page content, app landing pages, navigation, app download flows, performance, security, and reliability.

We use support emails to respond to questions, fix website or app issues, and correct fish health content when needed.

We do not sell personal information collected by the website.
